Hi everyone,
Needless to say, my thoughts have been with Los Angeles all week. It’s been very difficult to helplessly watch the massive destruction and loss from the East Coast; to my readers in the LA area, know that I am hoping and praying every day for your safety and well-being. My heart also bleeds for the helpless animals and wildlife impacted by the fires. I have made donations to Pasadena Humane and World Central Kitchen and am in awe of the tremendous efforts being made by so many good people during this horrific time.
I wasn’t sure if I should send this newsletter out in light of such horrible news from the West Coast, but I know firsthand that a moment of levity and distraction can be a lifeline during hard times. I hope that no matter where you are, you’re finding a little peace and quiet today. Here are a few things that I’m into lately:
