How to Stay Healthy During the Holidays
Well, here we are - on the cusp of December and officially in Holiday Season territory. I’m a little stunned that autumn is behind us (rude!), but it’s OK because this one, singular month is basically what I live for. December, for me, means revisiting the magic of childhood while simultaneously enjoying all of the adult parts of the holidays (parties, an excuse to wear tartan and velvet, and my home in peak coziness). Of course, this means a steady stream of not-so-healthy food and beverage temptation for the next 30 days or so, but there is a way to navigate the season while prioritizing your health.
