You have no idea how excited I am to launch Plant Magic – my new and improved newsletter here on Substack, which you’ll receive for free twice a month (or more, if you’re a paid subscriber!).
For a long time, I’ve been craving a more intimate space to share everything I’m passionate about with you. I am overflowing with inspiration and ideas on how to share with you how truly magical and life-changing incorporating more plants into your diet and life can be.

-Health and natural healing information: I’ll be your guide in discovering the incredible healing powers of the plant kingdom, with practical ways to incorporate various foods into your diet for disease prevention and general wellness.
-The plant-based mindset: I’m happy to share my time-honored tips for giving up animal products as easy and seamlessly as possible, from wrapping your head around a meat-free plate to navigating social events and holidays, the plant based way.
-Holistic Living: I’ll touch on living a more sustainable, intentional life while cultivating a closer connection to the natural world.
-What I’m cooking/reading/watching/listening to/coveting – I love sharing what I’m into with you!
