My 9 Favorite Podcasts
The podcasts I tune into regularly and love the most.
As a “very busy human”, I love listening to podcasts - it allows me to to do something enjoyable while doing something decidedly less enjoyable, like cleaning the house or getting on the treadmill. I love that I can find a podcast about just about anything I’m into - cooking, motherhood, wellness, veganism, mindfulness, travel…you name it, there’s a podcast for it! Since there are so many podcasts to choose from, I always appreciate personal recommendations. I love hearing about what people are listening to, whether it be entire podcasts or specific episodes. I’d love to share my favorites with you here - these are my tried and true, the ones that I listen to on the regular and consistently find value from (this list is not exhaustive; I subscribe to a lot of podcasts - these are just the ones I listen to most).
