Ah, protein! The subject of so much debate, scrutiny and worry in the plant based community. I’m going to help A) reassure you that you’re probably already getting more than enough protein and B) show that there are tons of ways to meet your protein needs as a vegan (hint: if you’re eating food, you’re fine) and I’ll identify some great whole-food sources to make it easier on you.
