One of my favorite things about being plant-based is the abundance of delicious food to enjoy. The plant kingdom is vast and varied, and there are countless recipes and combinations of ingredients to experiment with. Thankfully, this means that giving up animal products doesn’t have to translate into a meager holiday table - In fact, quite the opposite has been my personal experience! Holiday meals have become more satisfying, comforting, and more gourmet, while still brimming with the traditional flavors we’ve come to love and expect around this treasured time of year.
If you’re hosting Thanksgiving, or a guest in someone else’s home, now is the time to introduce some gorgeous plant-based offerings to your loved ones, regardless of their diet. I developed these recipes with you in mind; these are foods you can serve to anyone: meat lovers, flexitarians, and vegans alike. No one will leave the table feeling hungry or dissatisfied, and I can nearly guarantee everyone will feel better the next day. Animal products, refined sugar and refined grains can increase inflammation, cause spikes in blood sugar, and generally wreak havoc on our overall health. A whole food plant based holiday will not only tickle your taste buds, but also deeply nourish your body and leave you feeling energized, not depleted.
I’ve created a collection of recipes to enjoy all holiday season long (and beyond) and will be releasing them exclusively to my paid subscribers here on Plant Magic as a sincere thanks for supporting my work every month. The first batch of recipes is ready for for download, below (and more to come in the next week, hooray!). And if you’re not a paid subscriber yet, it’s not too late - subscribe below for full access to these recipes and my full archives.
