Greetings, readers! I had planned on sending this newsletter to you yesterday, but we had a multi-hour power outage on Wednesday night, so I sat in my living room and drank tea by candlelight instead. It was (unsurprisingly!) really nice to be totally screen free for the evening, so I took full advantage.
Anyway, I’m excited to finally write a What I Eat in a Day for you! I love watching What I Eat in a Day videos and reels, and some of you have requested that I do one, too! It’s taken me a little while, mostly because I don’t want to suggest that what I eat in any given 24 hour period is prescriptive or representative of how I eat 100% of the time (I’d say this is how I eat more like 80% of the time, since I definitely enjoy takeout/restaurant food and also have days when I snack more). This is just for fun, so please don’t take this as nutritional or medical advice.
